California Academy of Sciences:Journey through a rain forest, outer space, and the deeps sea all in one day is now open until November 15th!
The California Academy of Sciences is home to nearly 40,000 live animals. From colorful fish from the Philippines, to waddling African penguins and gliding string rays, and includes the world’s largest and deepest indoor living coral reef. The Academy is celebrating 10 years of it’s groundbreaking new building this year. Over the past decade, the museum has welcomed over 15 million visitors, discovered more than 1,500 new species, and brought the wonders of an indoor rainforest, living roof and coral reef to life. Visitors to the California Academy of Sciences will discover the giant wonders that make Northern California like nowhere else in the world at Giants of Land and Sea.
