Heres a question for you. How would you like a 4 day work week? It was tested in New Zealand where employees worked for 4 days but got paid for 5. They prepared for a month to present how they can have the same productivity in 4 days, they also put into consideration working 5 days but with shorter hours to account for dropping off and picking up the kids after school. The idea is to work smarter not harder. For some, 5 days worked out better while others opted for the 4 day work week. The employer said they saw a shift in work productivity. They wanted to create a happy work environment and by giving their employees an option to work only 4 days those employees worked more efficiently! Check out the video below! Pretty cool.
