Daytime Naps Are Linked To A Healthy Heart

If you’re a nap fanatic, we’ve got some good news for you! A new study has found that daytime naps once or twice a week could lower the risk of heart attacks or strokes.

The researchers found that people who took one or two naps had a lower risk than people who never took naps. Apparently no one gets enough sleep so naps are the best way to catch up a little bit. Plus naps help reduce stress.
