Meet Graysen Hooper. She’s a huge Sharks fan and loves cheering them on. Right before last year’s Fight Against Cancer night, Graysen was diagnosed with leukemia at just 21 months old.
The day her parents shared the news, so many people reached out including many Sharks players. The outpouring support inspired them to create the Amazing Gray go fund me page which has raised over $30,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
On Saturday, Amazing Gray was introduced to the crowd at the Sharks game. She walked to center ice along with her family and dropped the puck.
It was such a touching moment to watch. Both captains gave her a fist bump. You’ll even catch Evander Kane telling her “good job” at the end of the video.
