Collectibles from a variety of music stars, including items signed by Robert Plant, Tony Iommi, Bono and Eric Clapton, are going up for bid as part of an auction to benefit MusiCares and its COVID-19 relief fund.
The sale will take place September 9 at the Julien's Auctions location in Beverly Hills, California.
The Led Zeppelin vocalist and the Black Sabbath shredder have contributed a Gibson SG Standard '61 guitar autographed by both artists, while the U2 frontman has donated a handwritten lyric sheet for the band's song "Love Is Bigger than Anything in Its Way" and Slowhand has offered up a signed denim shirt.
Other collectibles being auctioned have been donated by The Rolling Stones' Ronnie Wood, Ozzy Osbourne, Carlos Santana, the late Tom Petty's family, The Pretenders' Chrissie Hynde, Elton John, Depeche Mode, Joan Jett, Patti Smith and many others.
