According to the NHL, “San Jose Sharks forward Evander Kane has been suspended for three games, without pay, for violating Rule 40.4 (Physical Abuse of Officials) during NHL Preseason Game No. 105 in Las Vegas on Sunday, Sept. 29.”

This means Kane won’t be playing in the first game of the season tomorrow or the home opener on Friday against the Golden Knights.
