Metallica recently posted on their Instagram a video of all 4 members practicing at headquarters with the video description, “What the hell is going on at HQ?”  In the short video Lars was the only one wearing a mask as he performed his magic on the drums but they were all social distancing.  Just like many other bands and artists Metallica was no different in having to cancel their 2020 shows.  Could they be practicing for their rescheduled dates taking place next year?  What ever the case may be it’s nice to see that they are practicing and getting through this time musically and getting creative.

Don’t forget that August 28, Metallica will be releasing S&M2 which is project that showcases their shows with the San Francisco Symphony last year.  It will be available in multiple formats, including a box set with vinyl, CD and Blue Ray.
