There’s a Vietnam War action movie in development called “Finding Jack” and you won’t believe who landed one of the lead roles.
The producer says, quote, “We searched high and low for the perfect character to portray the role and after months of research, we decided on JAMES DEAN.”
He’ll appear via “full body CGI” and archival footage . . . and the movie got permission from his family to use his image.
Another actor will provide his voice. Pre-production starts later this month, and they’re aiming for a worldwide release on Veterans Day next year.
This is already causing outrage in Hollywood. CHRIS EVANS and ELIJAH WOOD are among those speaking out against it.
James Dean, who died in 1955, will return to the screen via CGI using actual footage and photos. Details: https://t.co/Xzd4Uq0vLu
