Lynyrd Skynyrd is coming to theaters. A one-night only concert will be in theaters across the country on Nov. 7.
The event, Lynyrd Skynyrd: Last of the Street Survivors Farewell Tour, will be a 107-minute production. The show will have the concert and and an interview with the band.
Tickets with a list of locations goes live on Oct. 4 on the Fathom Events website.
Guitarist Gary Rossington says the event is the band’s way to bring the concert to as many people as they can.
“We can’t wait to share this amazing night and performance with the Skynyrd Nation, especially those that weren’t able to be there that evening,” he said in a press release. “The energy, passion and reaction to the music and band was something we will never forget.”
Lynyrd Skynyrd is best known for its southern pop with songs like “Sweet Home Alabama” and “Free Bird.”
Singer Ronnie Van Zant guitarist Gary Rossington are the last two surviving members of the band.
The band has said previously that is on its farewell tour.
