Santana And Ringo Starr Announced For One Of The Woodstock Festivals

RINGO STARR and SANTANA are headlining one of the two Woodstock 50th anniversary festivals this summer.

They’re doing the show at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, which is the site of the original Woodstock festival in Upstate New York.

Ringo and his All Starr Band will perform August 16th with Arlo Guthrie and Edgar Winter.

Santana will play on the 17th with the DOOBIE BROTHERS.  Santana, Guthrie, and Winter all played the original Woodstock.

More acts will be announced later.  The festival takes place August 15th through the 18th, the exact dates of the original.

There’s also a show called Woodstock 50 happening at the same time . . . the 16th through the 18th . . . in Watkins Glen, New York.  The lineup hasn’t been announced yet.
