The new Foo Fighters album has a frighting backstory

Dave Grohl says that the FooFighters recorded their upcoming 10th album in an old house in Encino, California that turned out to be HAUNTED.

Dave said, quote, “When we walked into the house . . . I knew the vibes were definitely off but the sound was [effing] on.”  He said stuff started happening almost right away, and they got increasingly weirded out.

Their guitars would be de-tuned between sessions, all their settings on the soundboard would go back to zero, their tracks would go missing, and some tracks they didn’t record would be there instead quote, “like weird open mic noises.”

So the band set up a baby monitor camera to see if they could catch anyone messing with them and they DID see things on those tapes that they can’t explain.  But they can’t say what they were.

Quote, “We found out about the history of the house, [and] I had to sign [an effing] non-disclosure agreement with the landlord because he’s trying to sell the place.  So, I can’t give away what happened there.”
