Mushrooms Can Help You Survive Daylight Saving Tim

When you wake up on Sunday morning be prepared to feel cranky.  Daylight Saving Time is back and here 5 tips from Fast Company on how you can survive the change.  I’ve added a sixth tip–take Monday off from work!

  • Cut the caffeine after noon
  • Use meditation to wind down
  • No screens after dinner
  • Drink herbal tea instead of alcohol
  • Try adding adaptogenic mushrooms to your morning
